1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Adverse platform, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Adverse Group is an independent quantitative research service on financial markets that publishes analyses, volatility indicators, and proprietary studies produced through proprietary quantitative models. The content is for informational and research purposes only and does not constitute investment services within the meaning of Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998 (TUF) or personalised recommendations pursuant to Art. 36 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/565.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscription cancellation may be performed at any time from the Account section
• No refunds are provided for periods already billed, except as required by applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including models, algorithms, text, charts, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of Adverse Group and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without explicit written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Adverse is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of information on the platform, service interruptions, data errors, or investment decisions based on the published content.

7. Past Performance

Historical results of Adverse Group's proprietary positions, published through the Risk Adverse Portfolio product or in any other form, are not indicative of future results. Past returns do not guarantee future performance.

8. Professional Advice

It is recommended to consult an authorised financial adviser before making any investment decision. Adverse Group does not assess the suitability of its research with respect to the financial situation, objectives, or risk appetite of any individual user.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscribing, without providing any reason. In the event of immediate access to digital content, the user expressly agrees to waive the right of withdrawal upon activation of the service.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
